Good to know
Is Operacora only for schools?
No. It started with a school's maintenance team, but it works for any organization that looks after buildings or sends people out to do work: property managers, trades, facilities teams and more.
Do my workers need a smartphone?
Workers use the phone app or the web portal. Anyone can send in a request by plain text message or email, no app needed.
Can I use my own floor plans?
Yes. Send your plans as PDFs and they are set up as sharp vector drawings, so text and walls stay crisp however far you zoom in.
Does Operacora track my workers' location?
No. The map shows where each person's work puts them, such as the room of the last job they finished, and says so. Live location is not turned on.
How much does it cost?
We are in early access and setting prices with our first organizations. Texting and AI are billed to you directly by those providers, with no markup. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
